I earned my bachelor's degree in marketing at the Stern Business School of New York University. I then went on to Hofstra to study law. Two years into law school, I decided to become a professor and writer instead, so I transferred to the California College of the Arts. Since then, I spent eight years as an adjunct professor teaching poetry, composition, and literature. I've also had my poetry published in journals. As a tutor, I've helped college-level and high school level students learn to become better writers. I'm a supportive tutor who encourages students to develop a love of learning that they can use academically and in their lives. When I have free time, I like to run, do yoga, play golf, play tennis, and watch football and hockey.
