Currently I am pursuing an urban studies degree from CUNY Queens College. My thesis is on New York City's South Asian population. My tutoring experience includes mentoring children who live in a local shelter. I specialize in social studies, English, and test preparation for the SAT and the SHSAT. I am a patient and determined tutor, and I use a lot of creativity in my sessions to provide unique teaching methodologies to my student. I tried many different methods to help my students learn, and I keep trying until I find the one that works best for each individual student.
