All my life, I've wanted to become a teacher. I believe education should be an important focus in the lives of everyone. I achieved my goal when I earned a bachelor's degree in English and Drama and master's degree in English, both from CUNY Queens College. I chose Secondary Education as my minor, granting me the ability to teach. I have experience teaching grade levels ranging from kindergarten children to high school seniors. I also volunteer with the Girl Scouts, where I work with potential leaders of young girls.As a tutor, I am able to help students in English skills like Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Literature, College Essays, and Grammar and Mechanics. I am also able to assist students who are taking IB Extended Essay. I can also tutor students in History courses, including Social Studies and European History.I spend much of my free time writing and reading. I enjoy movies and music as well. I also like to bake, and spend time at the theater whenever possible!
